Rajdarbar Group Touches New Heights as Radhika Garg leads the way
The group is headed by a trio of third-generation go-getters – Radhika Garg, Vasudev Garg and Chaitanya Garg – which has seen it set new standards with the completion of every project.

Rajdarbar is one of the major players in real estate development in India with successful commercial projects like Global Foyer Gurgaon and Global Foyer Palam Vihar under its belt. The group has also developed residential projects in Agra, Hisar and Jaipur. It is led by a trio of third-generation go-getters – Radhika Garg, Vasudev Garg and Chaitanya Garg – which has seen it set new standards with the completion of every project.


Radhika Garg is a member of the group’s board of directors. An enterprising businesswoman with a Masters in Business Management degree in addition to over 12 years of experience, she is the head of the corporate strategy team. She is also working on Rajdarbar Capital Ventures, a platform for mentoring first-time entrepreneurs. It aims to build global companies and raise funds while providing budding entrepreneurs the chance to work with her.


Chaitanya Garg is also a member of the board of directors at Rajdarbar Group. Armed with an undergrad in Business Management from Lancaster University and over 10 years of experience, he is the go-to guy for the financial side of the business. He heads the financial strategy team while also juggling various roles within the group.


The director of the group, Vasudev Garg, has professional experience totalling over 8 years in addition to his Master in Business Administration degree from Kellogg School of Management in 2020. He is also a graduate of King’s College London with a B.Sc. in Management. His expertise in developing marketing strategies and management has seen him well-suited for leadership roles.


Talking about what differentiates them from their competitors, Radhika said that a progressive outlook from the get-go made all the difference. Their commitment to bringing global standards to Tier 2 and 3 cities which had previously been unheard of was the clincher.


Chaitanya further adds that the group’s aim is to deliver on their promises while contributing to the upliftment of the underprivileged section of the society through their projects.


“We strongly believe that excellence will always have a customer in India”, says Vasudev. He also believes that the traditional principles of real estate have undergone a change.


Till date, the group has delivered more than 17 projects and developed over 10 mn sq ft area and this is just a taste of the things to come.
