Raj CM calls up Haryana counterpart to discuss Bhiwadi water issue

Jaipur, June 24 (UNI) Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma has assured his Haryana counterpart, Naib Singh Saini, that water being flown to Haryana from the adjoining Bhiwadi industrial area is properly treated before being discharged.
CM Sharma on Tuesday talked to his Haryana counterpart Saini over the telephone to discuss the issue for a feasible solution to the issue. He said that the geographic position of Bhiwadi provides a natural flow of water from Bhiwadi towards Haryana, which turns out to be a bit problematic during the rainy season.
Therefore, a practically feasible solution has to be worked on, keeping this fact in mind. However, that should be no cause for worry, as all arrangements have been made in Bhiwadi for the due treatment of 100 percent industrial discharge, Sharma has reportedly said.
