Rain in Bhoranj takes away the homes of 15 families, neighbours gave them shelter

Bhoranj, Sep 14 (UNI) Torrential rain has left 15 families homeless in Bhoranj sub division of Hamirpur district, as heavy downpours on Friday and Saturday night triggered landslides and structural collapses.
Several households saw their belongings buried under debris, with extensive damage reported across multiple villages. Following the disaster, many affected people have been given shelter by the neighbors.
At the same time, the administration is also providing relief material to the affected families. The administration has currently provided tarpaulin along with financial assistance of five thousand rupees to eight affected families.
