Raidurg land auction fetches record price, boosts Hyderabad’s investment appeal

Hyderabad, Nov 11 (UNI) The Telangana Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TGIIC) has achieved a major milestone with the auction of a boutique-sized land parcel in Hyderabad’s Knowledge City, securing an unprecedented price of Rs 3,40,000 per square yard.
The plot, measuring approximately one acre and located in Raidurg, drew intense interest due to its strategic location and mixed-use development potential. The achieved price has shattered the previous record of Rs 88,000 per square yard set in 2017, marking a dramatic surge in premium real estate valuation in the city’s core business district.
TGIIC Vice Chairman and Managing Director K Shashanka, said the response reflects the strong confidence developers have in Hyderabad’s growth trajectory.
