Raid exposes fake Rabdi Kulfi made with Palm Oil and Starch in Mumbai

Mumbai, June 12 (UNI) In a raid, the Food Safety Department has uncovered a case involving the sale of substandard and misleading products under the label of “Rabdi Kulfi,” raising fresh concerns about food adulteration and consumer safety.
Acting on specific information, food safety officials conducted a surprise inspection at a manufacturing unit in Mumbai’s Kandivali area on Friday. During the raid, authorities found a large stock of so-called Rabdi Kulfi and other dairy-based products.
Preliminary investigations revealed several irregularities in the manufacturing process, prompting officials to seize the products and initiate further action.

Mumbai: Body of 30-yr-old man found in Malad police suspect vehicular hit

Mumbai, July 13 (UNI) A 30-year-old man was found dead under the Times of India Bridge in the Malad area of city subarb with Dindoshi Police launching a probe into suspected hit-and-run.
According to Dindoshi Police, the deceased has been identified as Suresh Salunkhe. His body was discovered around midnight on Monday near the bridge in the eastern part of Malad.
