Rahul Gandhi arrives in Hyderabad to attend friendly match Messi

Hyderabad, Dec 13 (UNI) Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, arrived here today afternoon, to attend a friendly match between football legend Lionel Messi and Chief Minister Revaanth Reddy for the GOAT India Tour event at the RGI Cricket Stadium at Uppal near here on Saturday evening.
The two teams -- Singareni RR9 and Aparna-Messi All Stars -- played a friendly match for 15-20 minutes and five minutes before the game, the chief minister, a football enthusiast, joined Messi on the field.
Rahul Gandhi who arrived in the city on a special flight at around 4.30 PM, proceeded to Taj Falaknuma Palace Hotel, where Messi is staying.
