Punjab: BSF apprehends Pakistani intruder in border area

Amritsar, July 23 (UNI) Border Security Force (BSF) personnel on Tuesday apprehended a Pakistani infiltrator in the border area of Punjab's Amritsar district,an official said.
During the morning hours, the vigilant BSF troops on duty in the border area of Amritsar district observed a suspected movement of a person coming from the Pakistan side, who crossed the International border (IB) and further moved towards the border security fence.
In a swift response, the troops tactically approached the Intruder and apprehended him ahead of the border fence at about 9-05 a.m.
