Punjab: AAP thanks court for convicting Sajjan Kumar

Chandigarh, Feb 12 (UNI) The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Wednesday expressed gratitude to the court and extended support to the victimized families after Congress leader and former MP Sajjan Kumar was convicted by the Rouse Avenue Court in a 1984 Sikh riots case.
Kang said Sajjan Kumar is guilty in the 1984 Sikh riots, which the Congress party sponsored. He stated that the conviction of Sajjan Kumar has rekindled some hope of justice for the victim families.
He remarked that although it has taken decades, the court’s decision is commendable. and the judgment has strengthened people's faith in the judicial system.
