Pune NCP (AP) leader Deepak Mankar may get MLC seat under governor quota

Pune, Sep 8 (UNI) Nationalist Congress Party (Ajit Pawar group) leaders from Pune have urged their party chief to consider getting Pune unit President Deepak Mankar appointed as a member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council under the Governor's quota, a party leader said on Sunday.
The NCP (AP) will get three seats out of the 12 seats which are filled under the quota.
NCP Pune City Vice President Datta Sagare along with other senior party workers have demanded that Mankar should be given a chance as a Legislative Council member.
