Proximal cloud, instant systems partner on enterprise AI

Bengaluru, March 11 (UNI) Proximal Cloud, an Indian technology company focused on private AI infrastructure and enterprise deep research platforms, on Wednesday announced a strategic partnership with Instant Systems Inc., a Silicon Valley-based AI-first venture builder, to accelerate deployment of enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions.
The partnership was announced during the AI Impact Summit 2026 held in New Delhi, where both companies showcased their capabilities in practical, production-ready AI applications. The summit highlighted the rising demand for scalable and secure AI systems, as well as the challenges enterprises face in transitioning from pilot projects to full-scale adoption.
As part of the collaboration, the companies will leverage Instant Systems' Forward Deployment Engineering capability to speed up the rollout of production-ready AI applications across industries.
The partnership will combine Proximal Cloud's expertise in private AI infrastructure and data intelligence with Instant Systems' Build-Operate-Transfer model, which focuses on building and scaling AI-led ventures and global technology teams.
Through the joint initiative, the two companies aim to support organisations in building and deploying enterprise AI systems that can transform business workflows. The forward-deployed engineering teams will address challenges related to data integration, model performance, governance and cost efficiency.
The collaboration will initially focus on a reference implementation with Sarvm.ai, a Voice-to-SQL platform designed for B2B2C use cases. The teams plan to conduct a proof-of-concept project and use the insights to develop a repeatable deployment blueprint for enterprise AI workflows, covering areas from data access to decision-support systems.
Uzay Takaoglu, Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Instant Systems, said many ventures require practical and reliable AI systems capable of operating at enterprise scale.
"Many existing solutions are either too specialised or difficult to sustain operationally. Proximal Cloud's approach to private AI and data intelligence creates strong foundations for building long-term, scalable ventures," he said.
Renu Raman, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Proximal Cloud, said enterprises increasingly seek AI platforms that are secure, adaptable and designed around their data environments.
"Our partnership with Instant Systems strengthens our ability to deliver end-to-end AI capabilities, from infrastructure and data management to application development and deployment," Raman said, adding that the collaboration would support both venture startups focused on private AI and enterprises undergoing digital transformation.
Under the partnership, the companies will also collaborate on joint solution development, go-to-market initiatives and enterprise engagements across India and global markets.
Their joint approach will be guided by the COILS framework, which focuses on cost, outcome, insights, latency and scale. The companies also plan to explore co-creation of new AI-driven products and platforms in sectors such as manufacturing, financial services, healthcare and public services.
According to the companies, the collaboration reflects a shared commitment to building sustainable AI systems that deliver long-term business value while ensuring data sovereignty, security and operational transparency.
