Promoting industrial development; Well-equipped convention centre to be set up in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Apr 27 (UNI) Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis announced on Sunday that to promote industrial development, a well-equipped and adequately spaced Industrial Exhibition and Facility Centre (Industrial exhibition-cum-Convention Centre) will be set up in city.
He also announced that an industrial ring road connecting Shendra and Bidkin will be constructed, and five acres land will be provided for EV (electric vehicle) cluster.
The government will provide funds to fill the practical gap while setting up the Industrial Exhibition and Facility Centre, Fadnavis clarified.

Mumbai, May 19 (UNI) The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Monday clarified that the death of two female patients at the state government-run King Edward Memorial (KEM) Hospital in Parel were due to co-morbidities and not due to COVID-19, even as it advised citizens not to panic and take all precautions.
