Priyanshu Painyuli and Mona Singh wrap up shooting for 'Paan Parda Zarda'

Mumbai, June 16 (UNI) Actors Priyanshu Painyuli and Mona Singh have officially completed shooting for their upcoming gangster drama series "Paan Parda Zarda", an offering from the makers of the cult show "Mirzapur".
Also featuring Tanya Maniktala in a prominent role, the series blends dark intrigue, moral ambiguity and stylised violence, set in a world where loyalty is fleeting and survival comes at a steep cost.
For Priyanshu, the project is a major milestone in his career, not just in terms of scale, but also in terms of the depth of the character he plays.
Speaking about the show, Priyanshu shared, "Working on Paan Parda Zarda has been a creatively fulfilling journey. Coming from the makers of Mirzapur, this project felt like a natural progression and the biggest role of my career so far. Plus, I have played Robin in Mirzapur, which was also with Gurmeet, a show that he directed and helmed, and now this is a brand new world.
"The writing, the world, and the characters are incredibly rich, and I genuinely believe the series will be embraced by movie lovers and fans of the genre. I’m confident and very excited for audiences to see what we’ve created," she noted.
Buzz around the series has been steadily building and is touted to be one of the most talked about crime drama series in the town.
