Previous governments looted UP for 70 years, now development underway: AK Sharma

Bareilly (UP), Oct 11 (UNI) Urban Development Minister of Uttar Pradesh, A K Sharma, today alleged that during their 70 years in power, previous governments looted and encroached upon both government and private properties.
Speaking at an intellectual gathering in Bareilly, the Minister claimed that “The Rohilkhand region of UP was once a prosperous and industrial hub, which they ruined. But those days are long gone. Now, this region is at the forefront of industrial development and economic prosperity. Bareilly has established its own identity in UP.”
Sharma also launched a scathing attack on the opposition, asserting that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, UP has made significant progress.
