PM Modi gifts hand-etched silver lion to Argentine President, silver replica of Ram Temple to T&T PM

New Delhi, July 7 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is known to gift taste-fully chosen hand-crafted artefacts from different parts of India to world leaders during his meetings with them, has gifted a hand-etched silver lion to the President of Argentine Javier Milei and a silver replica of the Ayodhya Ram Temple to the Prime Minister of Trinidad and Tobago Kamla Persad-Bissessar, during his recent visits to the countries.
During his meeting with Argentine President Javier Milei in Buenos Aires on July 5, the PM gifted the Argentine leader a ‘Hand-etched Silver Lion on a Fuchsite Stone Base’ from Rajasthan.
The hand-etched silver lion is a striking example of Rajasthan’s renowned metalwork and gemstone artistry. The intricately detailed silver lion symbolizes courage and leadership, while the Fuchsite base—known as the “Stone of Healing and Resilience”—adds natural beauty and meaning. Crafted by skilled Rajasthani artisans using silver and Fuchsite sourced from India’s mineral-rich regions, this piece beautifully embodies the country’s rich artistic and geological heritage.
