Pink flag will fly high in Sircilla municipal polls: KTR

Hyderabad, Jan 22 (UNI) BRS Working President K T Rama Rao (KTR) on Thursday expressed confidence that the party would register a strong victory in the Sircilla municipal elections, stating that with the blessings of the people, the pink flag will continue to fly high and the party is moving forward, intending to win a majority of wards.
Addressing a meeting with ward in-charges at Telangana Bhavan in connection with the municipal polls, KTR directed party leaders to clearly explain to the public the transformation of Sircilla under BRS rule. “We have to talk about our own work… no one else will,” he told the cadre, stressing that the party must not only win the municipality but also secure all wards.
He said the municipal elections were crucial as there would be no more local body elections afterwards and only general elections would remain. KTR asked party workers to treat the polls as a major political battle and intensify campaigning in every ward.
