NEW DELHI, 8 JUNE (UNI) -President Droupadi Murmu presented the Shaurya Chakra to Ram Goyal, SEA I (MC) (currently LS), for displaying astute tactical skills, indomitable courage, and distinguished gallantry beyond the call of duty. During Operation Chuntavadi in November 2024, he broke cover amid intense gunfire to deliver precise shots that captured a hidden terrorist.
