SRINAGAR, JULY 14 (UNI):- Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah and his cabinet colleagues offered Fatiha at the graves of the martyrs of 13th July 1931 at the graveyard at Naqasband Sahab Shrine in downtown Srinagar on Monday despite the restrictions and the security tried to block the way. The ruling party was not allowed to pay homage to the martyrs of 1931 on Sunday due to restrictions imposed on Sunday.UNI PHOTO-52U
