People have not forgotten misdeeds of SP regime: Yogi

Lucknow, Dec 1 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday launched a scathing attack on the opposition, especially Samajwadi Party (SP), and while the Leader of the Opposition Akhilesh Yadav consistently and unduly take credit of the works claiming it to be done by Samajwadis, the public has still not forgotten misdeeds of the SP regime.
During discussion on the supplementary grants for the current fiscal 2023-2024 in the Legislative Assembly, the CM said, "However, the public hasn't forgotten their misendeavours. Everyone knows how the games were played during their regime. JPNIC stands out as the biggest example of dacoity sponsored by those in power within the state. With an initial DPR of Rs 265 crores, but expenses of Rs 821 crores. Even after that, the game was not over and this is just one example."
He said that the figures presented by the Leader of Opposition were not real. "Perhaps his homework was not done well. Anyway, he doesn't have time, but he tried anyway," he said.
