Peeved over snub at Cong Maha Panchayat in Kochi, Tharoor ups ante; refuses to pick up calls from Cong leaders

Kozhikode, Jan 23 (UNI) Upset over the treatment meted out to him by the Congress leaders, including Rahul Gandhi, at the party "Maha Panchayat" meet in Kochi held recently, Shashi Tharoor on Friday reportedly skipped the strategy meeting of the party held here, related to the upcoming Kerala polls
Though the Congress leaders tried to persuade Shashi Tharoor, who is protesting against the neglect in the Kochi Maha Panchayat, to participate in the strategy meeting called by the high command in New Delhi, he didn’t yield.
AICC General Secretary in charge of Kerala, Deepa Das Munshi, and some Kerala leaders tried to contact Tharoor. But Tharoor did not pick up the phone, according to reports.

IN-SPACe announces grant scheme to accelerate AI driven innovation in space sector

Chennai, Feb 18 (UNI) The Indian National Space Promotion and Authorisation Centre (IN-SPACe) on Wednesday announced the launch of the AI INSPIRED Opportunities in Space Sector programme, a new call for proposals under its INSPIRED initiative, during the India AI Impact Summit held in Delhi.
The programme is aimed at accelerating artificial intelligence driven innovation across India’s private space ecosystem through targeted financial and institutional support. The funding support will be provided as grant in aid under the IN-SPACe Seed Fund Scheme.
