Himachal: Over 86,000 patients treated under PM-JAY during 2024-25

Dharamshala/ New Delhi, March 12 (UNI) A total of 86,093 patients were treated in Himachal Pradesh under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) during the financial year 2024-25, union Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare Prataprao Jadhav informed the Rajya Sabha. Responding to a query from Rajya Sabha MP Indu Bala Goswami, the minister said that Mandi district recorded the highest number of beneficiaries with 19,233 patients treated, while Lahaul-Spiti reported the lowest figure with 504 patients during the period.
