Parliament security breach case: Delhi Court extends judicial custody of all 6 accused

New Delhi, March 1 (UNI) A Delhi Court on Friday extended the judicial custody of all the six accused persons arrested in connection with Parliament Security Breach Case.
The court listed all the applications of the accused,who levelled serious allegations against Delhi Police, for hearing on March 11.
This case pertains to a security breach on the anniversary of the Parliament attack on December 13, 2023. In this matter police has arrested accused Manoranjan, Neelam Azad, Sagar Sharma, Amol Shinde, Lalit Jha and Mahesh Kumawat.
Additional Sessions Judge Ms. Hardeep Kaur after producing all the accused extended the judicial custody and also listed the matter for March, 11 for hearing arguments on all the applications.
Counsel for accused Neelam Azad submitted before the court that she was suffering from back pain but not provided the medicine by jail authority.
Neelam has earlier submitted before the court that a woman police officer has got forcefully the signature of her on blank papers.
Government Counsel has objected the allegations level by Neelam against the police officer.
The court after hearing directed her counsel to move appropriate application if seeking a direction to jail authorities and adjourned the matter for arguments on the application for March, 11. The court directed to police to file the reply on the applications of the accused.
