OSCE employee sentenced to 14 years for espionage for Ukraine

Moscow, July 12 (UNI) An employee of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) monitoring mission has been sentenced to 14 year for espionage in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) for Ukraine, the Russian Prosecutor's Office said on Friday.
"The Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic has passed a verdict in a criminal case against Vadym Golda, 56, a security assistant of the special monitoring mission of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe in Ukraine. He was found guilty under Article 276 of the Russian Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (espionage)... the court sentenced Golda to 14 years in a high-security penal colony," the statement read.
The court found that Golda carried out an reconnaissance mission in the DPR in the interests of foreign intelligence in December 2021. He collected data on the republic's industrial facilities. In the future, missile strikes were carried out on these objects.
