Only tomorrow matters: Bethell draws line under RCB’s back-to-back defeats

Raipur, May 9 (UNI) Royal Challengers Bengaluru batter Jacob Bethell has said RCB’s focus ahead of their crucial IPL clash against Mumbai Indians is to remain mentally present “for the first ball” and quickly adapt to conditions in Raipur after suffering back-to-back defeats.
Speaking ahead of Sunday’s fixture, Bethell said the defending champions had honestly reflected on their recent setbacks but remained confident of bouncing back.
“There is no shying away from the fact that we have lost two games in a row. We have reflected on them and there are areas where we were not at our best. But the only thing that matters now is being present for that first ball in the next game,” he said.
