Online Dispute Resolution can be India's next Digital Governance Revolution

Chennai, June 4 (UNI) As India continues its rapid digital transformation, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) could emerge as the next major frontier in improving access to justice, according to legal-tech entrepreneur and advocate Aditya Shivkumar, Founder of Resolve Disputes Online (RDO), a Chennai-based platform that has gained acceptance among courts and institutions across North America, Europe and Asia.
Buoyed by the success of its roll out in USA, he said drawing lessons from international deployments, India could be uniquely positioned to adopt ODR more rapidly than many developed countries.
Speaking about the growing relevance of ODR launched by him, Aditya told UNI on Thursday that the technology is not intended to replace courts but rather to strengthen the justice delivery system by addressing a critical challenge faced by judicial institutions worldwide which is case backlogs.

Hyderabad, June 9 (UNI): Doctors at Kamineni Hospitals on Tuesday said that they have successfully reconstructed the jaw of a 39-year-old man using bone and tissue from his leg after oral cancer caused by a prolonged history of gutkha chewing and smoking destroyed a portion of his jawbone.
