One member of TVS Sund Fast group dilutes 1.57 pc stake

Chennai, Aug 14 (UNI) One of the members of the TVS Sundaram Fasteners Group diluted

a small portion of 1.57% of their stake to raise capital for a new venture.

This is a one-time transaction, and there are no plans for further dilution.

Following this, TVS Sundram Fasteners Private Limited will hold 9,83,19,780 equity shares

(46.79%) stake in the company.

This was disclosed in regulatory filing in the NSE and BSE in Form C under Regulation 7(2)

of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations,

2015 by TVS Sundram Fasteners Private Limited, the Promoter of the Company.

It said "one of the members forming part of the promoter group in the Company diluted a

small portion of 1.57% of their stake to raise capital for a new venture. This is a one-time

transaction, and there are no plans for further dilution".

Mr Suresh Krishna, Chairman, Sundram Fasteners Limited and one of the members of the

promoter group, said "this transaction was driven solely by the decision of one of the members

of the promoter group to raise capital for a new venture.

"Our commitment to the company's long-term growth and success remains unwavering, and

we do not foresee any further dilution of our stake", he said.
