Of 82 police stations and outposts in Meghalaya, only 14 have functioning CCTV cameras

Shillong, June 24 (UNI) With CCTV cameras non-functional in most police stations of Meghalaya, officials are worried that this major security lapse remains unaddressed so far.

Of the 82 police stations and outposts in the state, an official said that only 14 of these police stations and outposts have CCTV cameras that are functional.
