Odisha :Two Dead, 40 Injured as Kolkata-Bound Bus Falls from Flyover Bridge

Bhubaneswar, Apr 15 (UNI) At least two passengers were killed and about 40 others injured when a Kolkata-bound private bus from Cuttack met with an accident near Barbati in Odisha’s Jajpur district on Monday night.
Sources reported that the driver of the passenger bus lost control of the wheel, causing the bus to fall from the flyover bridge near Barbati and roll down approximately 20 feet below the overpass.
Fire service personnel, police, and residents initiated a rescue operation and removed the injured passengers from the badly damaged bus.
