Odisha gears up to celebrate International Day of Persons with Disabilities in big way

Bhubaneswari, Nov 15 (UNI) A preparatory meeting was held today under the chairmanship of Parul Patawari, Director of the Department of Social Security and Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, regarding the celebration of the State-Level International Day of Persons with Disabilities 2025.
The meeting was organized at the conference hall of the State Institute for Persons with Disabilities. Director Patawari sought the cooperation of everyone to make this event successful.
Based on the experiences of previous years, she advised the attending officials to make this year’s event more organized and more accessible for persons with disabilities. Emphasizing the need to deploy dedicated officers for different departments to ensure the smooth conduct of the program, she urged everyone to work in coordination with one another.
