OBC leader welcomes action in Parth Pawar land case

Pune, Nov 8 (UNI) As a series of land scam cases continue to surface across Maharashtra, India Against Corruption national president and OBC leader Hemant Patil today lauded Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis for taking a fair and decisive step in the Mahar Watan land sale case linked to Parth Pawar’s Amadea Enterprises LLP.
Patil praised the Chief Minister’s decision to cancel the disputed land transaction, calling it a model example of justice and integrity. He said, "This decision shows the CM’s commitment to fairness. Due to this move, Parth Pawar’s company will face heavy financial consequences."
According to Patil, the Sub-Registrar’s office has imposed a condition of paying Rs 21 crore for the cancellation of the transaction, in which nearly Rs 6 crore in stamp duty was allegedly evaded. Now, with this order, the state government will receive nearly three times more revenue, he said.

Leopard enters house in Nagpur's Pardi area; 4 injured, rescue op underway
