Pyongyang, Sep 18 (UNI) North Korea has fired a second missile that appears to have already fallen into the sea, the Kyodo news agency reported on Wednesday, citing the Japan Coast Guard.
At the same time, South Korean news agency Yonhap reported, citing the country's Joint Chiefs of Staff, that the latest launch by Pyongyang included several short-range ballistic missiles.
Earlier in the day, the Kyodo news agency reported that North Korea launched what appears to be a ballistic missile that fell into the sea outside Japan's exclusive economic zone.
On Thursday, the Japanese Defense Ministry said that Pyongyang launched several ballistic missiles toward the Sea of Japan. That was North Korea's first ballistic missile launch since July 1. UNI/SPUTNIK AKS
