Chandigarh, Sept 23 (UNI) All India Anti-Terrorist Front chairman Maninderjit Singh Bitta on Wednesday urged Punjab's political parties to close ranks over the state's security and warned against undermining police morale, after meeting the family of an assistant sub-inspector shot dead while on duty in Amritsar last week.
