Heavy rains in UP following Arnab impact, throws normal life out of gear

Lucknow, Sep 26 (UNI) Normal life has been affected in Uttar Pradesh following wide spread heavy rains since Friday morning in Eastern and Central parts due to the Arnab cyclone impact. Around 9 people have lost their lives due to rain related incidents mostly due to house collapse and other minor mishaps. Most of the districts have closed the schools and colleges on Saturday. The entire state has been experiencing heavy downpours for the past 40 hours, with winds blowing at speeds of 40-50 km/h.
