Southwest monsoon set to withdraw further from Haryana, Chandigarh; isolated rain likely Sept 26-28

Panchkula, Sep 22 (UNI) Conditions are favourable for the further withdrawal of the southwest monsoon from the remaining parts of Haryana and Chandigarh over the next two to three days, while isolated rainfall is likely to return to the region from September 26, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said on Tuesday.
