Wangchuk appeals President Murmu, alleges LG-led smear campaign against him in Ladakh

Srinagar, Nov 7 (UNI) Climate activist Sonam Wangchuk has sought the intervention of President Droupadi Murmu, accusing the Ladakh administration, headed by Lieutenant Governor V K Saxena, of orchestrating a smear campaign against him and subjecting institutions associated with him to harassment.
