Haryana Human Rights Commission directs better healthcare, skill training at Sunaria Jail

Rohtak, Oct 27 (UNI) Haryana Human Rights Commission Chairperson Justice Lalit Batra and Member Deep Bhatia, during an inspection of the District Jail Complex at Sunaria, directed the jail administration to strengthen healthcare facilities, address inmates' grievances and expand vocational training to support their rehabilitation. The Commission directed that a gynaecologist be made available to female inmates every 15 days, in addition to monthly health check-up camps. It also inspected the jail dispensary and reviewed healthcare facilities for inmates undergoing treatment.
