Local BJP leadership against statehood restoration, Omar alleges; says resolution not anti-national

Srinagar, Sep 25 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Friday alleged that the local BJP leadership was opposed to the restoration of full statehood to Jammu and Kashmir, saying the party's objection to the resolution moved in the Legislative Assembly was an attempt to avoid voting on the issue.
