Hisar, Oct 11 (UNI) Hisar Police on Sunday issued a public advisory urging Delhi-bound travellers to check official traffic and security updates before starting their journey amid ongoing protests in the national capital and possible changes in traffic management arrangements. Superintendent of Police Siddhant Jain urged students, office-goers, traders, patients and other commuters travelling from Hisar to Delhi to plan their journeys in advance, allow extra time for delays and avoid areas witnessing protests or traffic restrictions unless necessary.
