Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission pulls up HVPNL over Green Energy connectivity delay, orders Rs 1 lakh reimbursement

Panchkula, Sep 22 (UNI) The Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission (HERC) has held Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (HVPNL) in clear contravention of statutory timelines over delay in granting grid connectivity to a 6-MW captive solar project and ordered the state transmission utility to reimburse Rs 1 lakh to the petitioner towards court fee and litigation expenses.
