Lucknow, Oct 26 (UNI) Samajwadi Party National President Akhilesh Yadav continuing his attack on the ECI and BJP, demanded that voter lists be linked to Aadhaar and that biometric systems be implemented at the booth level. He said that voter ID cards should be designed to be inaccessible. Yadav also alleged collusion between the BJP and the Election Commission.
