Omar raises SIR concerns, says J&K has already witnessed election 'manipulation'

Srinagar, Oct 7 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Wednesday voiced apprehension over the proposed Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of electoral rolls in the union Territory, alleging that the exercise, which he claimed was being used elsewhere to manipulate elections, could follow a similar course in Jammu and Kashmir.
