Farooq Abdullah questions Centre's 'foreign hand' claims, says 'Name the country'

Srinagar, Oct 23 (UNI) National Conference president Farooq Abdullah on Friday challenged the Centre to name the country it accuses of fuelling unrest in India, questioning its repeated references to a "foreign hand". Abdullah said the government in Delhi has a habit of pointing outward when it feels threatened, while never examining its own conduct.
