Panchkula, Oct 29 (UNI) Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has countered Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann's allegations of political targeting over a Customs action at the airport, claiming that the issue concerned goods on which tax had not been paid.
