Akhilesh Yadav calls BJP rule an 'emergency' for PDA

Lucknow, Oct 1 (UNI) Samajwadi Party (SP) national president Akhilesh Yadav on Thursday alleged that people in the country and in Uttar Pradesh were going through a "BJP Emergency", claiming that the period of alleged oppression of the PDA - backward classes, Dalits and minorities- could be described as an Emergency.
