Lucknow Court rejects model Shraddha Dubey, sister and driver's Bail Pleas

Lucknow, Oct 23 (UNI) A Chief Judicial Magistrate ( CJM) court in Lucknow on Friday rejected a bail application moved by Model Shraddha Dubey, accused in the murder case of businessman Shiva Sharma. Shraddha's sister Rashmi Dubey and driver Tanveer alias Danish also received no relief. Bail applications were filed on behalf of the three in the CJM court. The court denied bail, citing the seriousness of the crime. The accused will now appeal for bail in a higher court.
