Three men sentenced to 20 years each in Mohali gang rape case, fined Rs 1.8 lakh

Chandigarh, Oct 22 (UNI) A court in Punjab's Mohali district has sentenced three men to 20 years in prison each for gang-raping a young woman after luring her with the promise of a role in a Punjabi singer's music video, nearly four years after the crime took place. Additional District and Sessions Judge Vikrant Kumar convicted Jaswinder Singh, alias Jelly, Deepak Kumar and Gurwinder Singh, alias Manna, and imposed fines totalling Rs 1.80 lakh on the three convicts.
