Himachal HC High stays recovery proceedings against guarantor till appeal decision

Shimla, Nov 5 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh High Court has restrained the Himachal Pradesh State Cooperative Bank from taking coercive action against a petitioner whose salary was ordered to be attached by the bank's recovery authorities for repayment of a loan taken by another person, observing that the authorities should have exercised restraint while his appeal against the recovery proceedings was pending.
