Himachal: Shimla Police seizes Rs 4.13 cr properties linked to drug proceeds

Shimla, September 21 (UNI)Shimla Police has seized properties worth approximately Rs 4.13 crore allegedly acquired from proceeds of drug trafficking, taking the total value of properties seized by the police in 15 NDPS cases in 2026 to more than Rs 12.52 crore. Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu while stating this on Monday commended the Shimla Police for its effective action against drug trafficking and for identifying and seizing properties allegedly acquired through drug proceeds.
