Haryana govt releases Rs 5 cr for development works in Ambala Cantonment wards

Ambala, Oct 28 (UNI) The Haryana government has released Rs 5 crore for carrying out development works in several wards of Ambala Cantonment under the Mukhyamantri Shahri Samriddhi Vikas Yojana, Energy, Transport and Labour Minister Anil Vij said on Wednesday. Vij said the funds would be utilised for improving civic infrastructure and public amenities across the area. The proposed works include construction of lanes and roads, drainage systems, stormwater pipelines, boundary walls around public toilets and open gyms, along with other public-welfare projects.
