J&K: War Wounded Foundation empowers war-disabled soldiers to turn disability into ability

Jammu, Oct 30 (UNI) The War Wounded Foundation (WWF) continued to make a meaningful difference in the lives of war-disabled soldiers by providing mobility aids, promoting self-reliance, and facilitating sustainable livelihood opportunities. Highlighting the Foundation's initiatives, Brig Harcharan Singh (Retd), Director, North Zone, WWF, as per the official communique, informed that 100 modified scooters and 12 auto-rickshaws have been distributed to disabled soldiers across the northern states and union Territories alone, enabling greater mobility, independence and social reintegration.
