Gorakhpur, Nov 1 (UNI) Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath assured the state's farmers, the providers of food, that the government would announce a package to compensate for losses caused by untimely rainfall, excessive rainfall, and hailstorms due to the cyclone Arnab.
